How do I setup Packages & Memberships?

Frederick's Promote Packages & Memberships feature gives you an easy way to offer your most popular package deals to your clients, at just the right time. All you have to do is enter the details for your packages and/or memberships, configure some options and Frederick will do the rest!

Here are detailed instructions on how to get this feature up and running:


1. Create a package or membership

  • Click on Smart Marketing.
  • Click on Package and Membership Settings.
  • Click on Add a Package or Membership.





  • Give your package a name and list the details of your package.
  • Create an email message with a catchy subject line and a brief message describing what you're offering.
  • Select whether or not you'd like to display a price.
  • If you have a link that allows your clients to purchase a package or membership you can also add it here.
  • Click Save when you're done.



2. Enable your drip campaign

  • Click on Smart Marketing.
  • Click on Promote Packages & Memberships.
  • Turn the feature on by toggling the switch to the "ON" position.
  • Enable the Require a Recent Visit option if you only want to target clients that have been in to see you in the past 90 days.
  • Select whether or not you'd like to offer more than one package or membership in a single offer using the Feature Multiple Offers option.


3. See a Sample

Take a look at what your new campaign will look like before it goes out. You can see what your email offer will look like in a browser by clicking on View a Sample or see it in your inbox by entering your email address in the email field.



4. Click Save

You're all done! Your campaign will start going out to qualifying clients shortly!
