How do I setup Rescue Lost Customers?

The Rescue Lost Customers feature is designed to win back clients who have likely left for a competitor, or stopped feeling the need to book the type of services offered at your business. By default, Frederick won't send lost customer specials until it has been at least 180 days since a customer's last visit, unless otherwise specified by the business.

Let's get started!

 

1. Turn on Rescue Lost Customers


  • Click on Smart Marketing on the left hand side of the page.
  • Click on Rescue Lost Customers.
  • Flip the switch to the "ON" position.
  • Choose whether or not you'd like to enable text messaging for this campaign.

 

2. Enable Discounts


If you'd like to offer a discount to encourage your rescued clients to book, toggle Discounts to "On" and select one of three discount options. These include percentage, dollar amount, or a custom offer. You are able to write out a custom offer if you select this option, however please note that Frederick has no way to automate or apply this discount.

3. Set your Lost Customer Threshold


Here you'll tell Frederick how many days since a customer's last appointment to wait before sending a Rescue Lost Customer offer.

 

 

 

4. See a Sample


Take a look at what your Rescue Lost Customer offer will look like and enter your email address in the Send a Test Email field to see what the offer will look like in your inbox.

 

 

5. Click Save


You're all set! Customers that have not visited your business in a while will start to receive promotions inviting them back.
