The Fill Last-Minute Openings feature identifies unfilled appointment slots in the next 24-48 hours, then gets them filled with targeted marketing campaigns to clients that are likely to respond. For example, if today is Monday, Frederick will look to see if there are any available appointment slots on Tuesday or Wednesday.
Frederick stays up to date with your schedule, and even examines your past history to predict whether or not a slot will get filled without extra promotion. When a slot is identified, Frederick will only promote it if we believe there is a good chance a client will want to book it.
Ready to get started? Follow these steps to activate the Fill Last Minute Openings feature:
1. Turn on Fill Last Minute Openings
- Click on Smart Marketing on the left hand side of the page.
- Click on Fill Last Minute Openings.
- Flip the switch to the "ON" position.
- You can also opt to turn on text messaging for this campaign. Only clients that have opted in to receive text message promotions will receive this offer.
2. Enable Discounts
If you'd like to offer a discount to encourage your clients to book on your last minute openings, toggle Discounts to "On" and select one of three discount options. These include percentage, dollar amount, or a custom offer. You are able to write out a custom offer if you select this option, however please note that Frederick has no way to automate or apply this discount.
3. See a Sample
Take a look at what your Fill Last Minute Opening campaign will look like. You can also enter your email address to send yourself a test email or your phone number to see what the text message will look like.
4. Click Save
Click on save and begin your Fill Last Minute Openings campaign!
