How do I cancel my subscription?

We're sorry to see you go! If you would like to discontinue your smart marketing subscription with Frederick, you can do so at any time at no cost. No hard feelings! Of course, if you have an issue that we can possibly resolve we would love to discuss it with you whatever it may be! Our support team is happy to go over your options with you.

If you'd like to continue with the cancellation of your account, follow the steps below.

1. Log into Frederick

2. Navigate to your Account and Billing


3. Click cancel subscription


4. List a reason for your cancellation

5. Click to confirm the cancellation

If you still receive a charge after cancelling, it's possible your next payment was already processed. You should not receive any further charges.
