How do I post customer reviews on my website?

Frederick’s Feedback & Reviews feature is a great way to gain insight into what customers think about your business. It’s also a great way to showcase to potential customers what an awesome business you are.

You can show off all of the great reviews you receive right on your website using Frederick's Feedback & Reviews Widget. This is a great way to entice potential customers to make an appointment. 


1. Customize Your Review Widget

To start posting reviews to your website, you'll first want to set up your review widget.

  • Head to the Smart Marketing tab and click on Feedback & Reviews. At the bottom of the page you'll see a preview of what your widget will look like on your website.
  • Customize the name, color, and layout of your widget.



 2. Get Your Code

After you've customized your review widget, click “Get Your Code”, to get the HTML code you'll need to place it on your website. We recommend putting it in a place where many potential customers can see it!


3. Publish Your Reviews

When a customer leaves a review, you will be able to view their feedback on the Feedback & Reviews section of “Reports”. You'll notice that reviews that have both a favorable rating and written feedback will have a button that says “Publish” next to them. Publishing a review automatically adds it to your widget. Only reviews that actually have written feedback can be published.




That's it! Now you'll be able to show the world how much your customers love you!
