The Email History Report allows you to keep track of every email that is sent out through Frederick. Search by the customer's email to pull up the history of emails they've received, which campaign they were sent and how they interacted with it. You can also search by the campaigns themselves or by result!
How to read the Report
Each report includes:
- Send Date
- Customer Email
- Customer First and Last Name
- Customer Mobile Phone Number
- Communication (Type of Campaign sent)
- Result (How they interacted with the email e.g. opened, unopened, confirmed appointment, viewed offer etc.)
- View Email (view original email sent)
Filter By Customer Email
- Type in your customers email to show a history of their communications
- Select Go
Search by Campaign
- Filter by campaign to see which customers it reached
- Select Go
Search by Result
- Filter by Result to see how your customers are interacting with your emails
- Select Go
View Emails
- View the original email that was sent to your clients
