How do I setup Service Reminders?

Service reminders are a great way to keep your customers coming back when its time to come in for their next service! Frederick will automatically calculate when its time for a vehicle's next service based on mileage and time since their last visit. 

Let’s get started on how to setup this campaign!

Click on the Smart Marketing tab, and then on Service Reminders.

Turn on the campaign on at the top, and choose to offer this discount via text message as well. I always recommend turning the text message feature on, as they tend to be a powerful method of communication to customers.



Next we can input a custom message that will appear on the reminder campaign. In this example, I’ve put “It's important to service your vehicle every 3,000 miles to keep things running smoothly”.




Then we'll set up the intervals at which Frederick sends out the reminders. There are 2 separate settings here – one for mileage and one for a specific amount of time since their last visit. 



After this you can see a sample email, or send a test email/text message if you would like a preview of how the communication will look. If everything is all set, make sure to save your changes and communications should start going out!
