How do I update my management system's credentials?

Frederick imports data from your existing management system to figure out the best way to market to your clients. Since we rely on your data to perform, it is important that you keep your management system connected. We know that passwords and usernames can change often so we've made it easy for you to update your system's credentials in Frederick.

 

1. Log into your Frederick account

2. Click on Setup Wizard > Data Sources

3. Click on Reconnect or switch systems

4. Click on the name of your management system

5. Enter your credentials and hit Connect

6. Hit Continue once you've received confirmation that your system is now connected

 

That's it! Your Frederick account will now stay up to date with your management system's data.
