What customer information does Frederick import?

Frederick will automatically import customer information from your integrated management system. We only import the relevant information that allows Frederick's automation to do the best job possible. 

Frederick will import the following customer information from your integrated management system:

  • Email Address - This is Frederick's primary way of contacting customers for enabled Smart Marketing features and Campaigns.
  • Mobile Phone - This allows Frederick to contact customers via SMS when certain features are enabled. Note: For Booker integrations, Frederick will only import phone numbers that are inside the "Mobile Phone" field of a customer profile. For all other integrations, Frederick will try to choose the mobile phone number if it is known, otherwise any phone number associated with the customer contact will be imported.
  • First Name / Last Name - This information gives Frederick the ability to add personalized messaging to customers using their name.
